2007 BMW 3 Series - Very reliable car and good on gas--no problems.
Grey BMW 328i, six-speed manual transmission with the BMW sports package. Lever seats that are able to be pulled out for added comfort, along with better suspension and sport seats that has adjustable snugness for when taking turns and comfort. I liked the interior, simple with a sporty/luxury feel. Silver trim, smaller steering wheel than the non-sports package editions. Pretty good on gas, especially highway, averaging around 23-24 mpg. Quick in first and second gear then mellowing out in third and so on.
Story
Driving up a very large mountain in the afternoon, chasing a gorgeous sunset while listening to some piano at the top in the car and enjoying the view.
Pros
Comfortable, sleek, clean, and has good power for a 233 inline six-cylinder engine. Convenient for arm rests, easy clutch, coffee holders, and a decent amount of space inside and in the trunk.
Cons
Driver coffee holder got stuck and stopped coming out, and occasional electronic problems (ABS lights, auxiliary input fell through/faulty, left rear window behind driver would get stuck sometimes until it finally broke).
2012 BMW 3 Series - One of my favorite cars ever
It is great on gas, and it looks so sleek. It has lasted me well and taken me on many trips with no issues. The body style is amazing. The service for the car is expensive.
Story
I don't have any particular fun stories about it, but I have raced a couple friends with it. It is a small compact car, and it is a bit quick, so those moments are fun.
Pros
The best thing about the car is how comfortable it is and how aesthetically pleasing it looks from the outside.
Cons
I feel as if the radio dash is a bit outdated and sometimes. The service is just too wildly expensive.
