Not a whole lot is new this year since 2018 saw a total redesign. A few features have been tweaked, but drivers will not notice much of a difference between the outgoing 2018 model and the 2019 Audi Q5. There is some speculation that a mid-cycle refresh is on the horizon within the next model year or two, so changes will likely remain minimal until then.
Story
Playing games in the car like I Spy, naming things you see that starts with each letter of the alphabet, making acronyms for license plates, playing hangman if you have some paper and a pencil or pen. Or anything else you can think of! Sing songs together.
Pros
A smooth ride quality. A quiet interior. A long list of high-tech features. Standard all-wheel drive. Brakes that inspire driver confidence. High-quality interior materials. A spacious cabin. The MMI infotainment system. Excellent visibility.
Cons
Limited cargo space. A single engine option. Interference from stability control. Small item storage could be better arranged.

Cabin is remarkably comfortable, the seats are well bolstered, and the leather upholstery feels durable, yet soft, higher trim levels offer ventilated and heated seating options and those in the rear seats can recline and take a snooze during a long ride.

Pros
Steering and handling capabilities have been largely improved. The steering feels solid and inspires driver confidence. You can enable the vehicle's Selectable Dynamic mode base trim is loaded to the brim with high-tech features. The base Premium trim offers a power lift gate, push-button ignition, Bluetooth connectivity, and Android Auto and Apple CarPLay smartphone integration.
Cons
Rear seat is up, there is a noticeable lack of space behind it. Having the seat raised decreases luggage space by 0.4 cubic foot. However, there is still plenty of space in the cargo area, so this is a relatively minor gripe.
