2007 Acura TL - Great value
This car has been very dependable since I bought it used in 2012. It has over 90,000 miles, and I've never had a serious problem. The car is black, and its dirtiness is apparent after just a couple of days after a wash. It does look very clean and nice when washed though. The interior isn't anything too over the top based on 2019 standards. However, I don't feel like I'm missing out on any features that have become available within the last decade. The comfort in the back seat is also remarkable. I don't get to experience this often, but I have taken a nap in the backseat (road trip), and I slept like a baby. I'm planning on driving this car until the wheels fall off. And when the wheels do fall off, I'd definitely consider buying another used Acura TL.
Story
I've driven this car on countless road trips. Anywhere from small two-hour trips to longer, ten-hour trips.
Pros
Dependability is the biggest positive aspect about this car. Dependability is also the biggest personal determinant on whether or not a car is quality or not. I haven't had to take the car into the shop since I've owned it for anything more than an oil change and the occasional tire rotation. This car's back-up camera has also spoiled me. I rarely look backwards when backing up the car anymore. I can honestly say that I won't buy another car that doesn't have a back-up camera
Cons
Gas mileage. I get 20 miles per gallon. This isn't necessarily "bad," however, I expect a little bit more miles per gallon for a sedan. I feel like I should be getting closer to 30 miles per gallon. This isn't too surprising though, considering it is a 2007.
