Story
The Honda CR-V was redesigned last year and, frankly, we were surprised by how deep the changes went. Rather than phone in some superficial tweaks to a top-selling model, Honda gave it a ground-up overhaul that decisively parted ways with its predecessor. The 2018 Honda CR-V sets a new pace for its rivals to follow.
Pros
Turbocharged engine delivers a rare combination of thrift and zest. Roomy interior with cavernous cargo capacity for this class. Rides comfortably yet handles corners athletically. Plentiful and thoughtful storage areas.
Cons
Optional navigation system isn't as reliable as expected. Base LX's engine is weaker and thirstier than the turbo. Touchscreen can be finicky to use and lacks a separate tuning knob.

My Acura ILX is made with excellent quality. When looking for a new car, I was looking for an upgrade from my previous car. Looking at more luxury examples, prices went up pretty fast. The ILX stood out as being great quality and being reasonably priced, which attracted me to it. I have not had any issues since purchasing. The dealership that I purchased at was very helpful and was in and out the same day.
Story
Pulling up next to my friend the day of purchase before he knew that I had gotten it.
Pros
It is very comfortable; the seats are great. All of the features, including Bluetooth and the sound system fit my needs great. There is plenty of room for my girlfriend and I, along with both of our dogs. It rides very smooth, with little roughness from the road coming through.
Cons
The battery needed to be replaced, but it was about the time that they usually need to be replaced anyway. It is does have a little pick up when you floor it, but it is not the quickest car.
